The web implementation of this mortality and complications risk calculator ('prediction tool'), linked from the website of the German Cancer Research Centre (DKFZ), complements the scientific article ‘EASIX in patients with acute GVHD – a retrospective analysis.‘ (Luft et al, Lancet Haematol. 2017 Sep;4(9):e414-e423), EASIX and mortality after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (in press, BMT 2019), EASIX-1year and late mortality after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (submitted), The EASIX biomarker panel predicts sinusoidal obstruction syndrome after allogeneic stem cell transplantation and is useful to guide prophylactic strategies (Haematologica 2020) and, EASIX for prediction of survival in lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (Blood cancer J. 2019) by implementing the general mortality prediction model and the prediction model for sinusoidal obstruction syndrome/veno-occlusive disease (SOS/VOD) in a user-friendly web interface, and is for information only.

The prediction tool is not to be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any health condition or problem.
